We are Tramedico, a Dutch family business that introduces and distributes medicines and medical devices. Since 1973, our mission has been to introduce supplies that have added value to medical professionals and patients in the Netherlands. We also support medical professionals by offering refresher courses, meetings, collaborations and practice support materials. Our principal focus is on ophthalmology, gastroenterology and urology.

Refresher course

We are intensively involved in facilitating recognized refresher courses for medical professionals, by medical professionals. A great example is our regularly organized T-Pensant, as well as regularly participating in renowned national and international conferences.

We also support objectives such as those of the Crohn's and Ulcerative Colitis Association Netherlands (CCUVN) and Pancreatic Association Netherlands.

T-Pensant

Where the T-Pensants are very well known and appreciated by doctors in the field of MDL, we have started to set up this concept with ophthalmic specialists since 2022.

This is an evening for doctors, by doctors. A T-Pensant program can consist entirely of case studies or can be combined with a state-of-the-art presentation from a guest speaker.

The teaching hospitals see it as a great opportunity for physician assistants and physician researchers to discuss their studies as part of their education.

Other doctors see it as a very pleasant way to consult with each other, discuss cases and to network.

A T-Pensant can also be organized for online participation, if circumstances leave us no other options.

Specialistportal

Laws and regulations impose restrictions on the information that consumers may receive about prescription medicines from us. Therefore, only medical professionals have access to our Specialist portal.
