During our most recent quarterly meeting, we spent a morning enhancing our driving skills. In this session, our focus was on anticipating various unforeseen (slippery) weather conditions and adopting a 'defensive' driving style by recognizing and avoiding potential hazards.

We engaged in practical exercises covering steering and maneuvering, braking (although it may seem simple, making an emergency stop is fortunately rarely necessary and requires some practice), and evasive maneuvers. We also practiced on the notorious skid plate and slippery slopes/turns.

This experience was not only enjoyable but also extremely beneficial and instructive for both colleagues who spend a lot of time on the road and those working in the office. It has heightened our awareness and improved our driving skills, making us better prepared for various traffic situations.
