Nitro Pohl Infusate is used in various situations:
- prevention of a decrease in blood supply to the heart muscle (myocardial ischaemia) during heart surgery;
- treatment of heart complaints with a reduced function of the left ventricle of the heart, especially during the acute phase of a heart attack;
- in unstable angina pectoris (tightly painful feeling in the chest).
